  • If you’ve already received a despatch email, please follow our RETURNS procedure.

ORDER AMENDMENTS



If you order the wrong item or size, we must still fulfil the original order. Please check your order carefully before submitting. If incorrect, you’ll need to return the item for an exchange.





DELIVERY INFORMATION



After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation number and a confirmation email.


  • You’ll later receive a despatch email with tracking information.
  • For international orders, tracking info may be sent separately.
  • You can also check order status in the “Your Account” section.
  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS



WOLFLX is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our RETURNS criteria.


  • Items must be returned in original condition: new, unworn, unaltered, with all packaging and tags.
  • Returns not meeting these criteria will be refused.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days.
  • We are not liable for return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be traceable, insured, and pre-paid.
  • You are liable for any loss or damage during return transit.
  • Exchanges may be possible but are not guaranteed and depend on item availability.
  • Items received as gifts must be returned by the original purchaser.






RETURNS PROCEDURE



Return items to the address on your packaging slip. Note: this may be overseas.


  • Returns are inspected by our team upon receipt.
  • You’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Retain proof of postage until your return is confirmed via email.
