SHIPPING POLICY


Our aim is to fulfil and ship your order as quickly as possible, ensuring our products arrive in the exact condition they left our manufacturers and printers.


We aim to fulfil all UK orders within 24 hours, with delivery times typically taking less than 3–5 working days via UK Tracked Shipping.


However, during periods of high demand or depending on stock location, orders may be fulfilled and shipped from our closest facilities in Europe, the USA, or Australia. In these cases, please allow additional time for tracked delivery.


If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order will be fulfilled and shipped from the facility nearest to you (Latvia / Spain / Australia / USA).


For your convenience, we always list the fulfilment location of our products on the product description page. If you would like further details, please contact us prior to ordering.




USE OF THIRD-PARTY COURIERS


Although we always strive to select the most effective and reliable shipping services and package our orders appropriately, please note that we have no control over third-party couriers, their shipment times, or the care they take with your items. Therefore, any claims related to items damaged in transit, delivery delays, or losses should be directed to the relevant courier.


Please ensure you select tracked shipping during checkout and check your confirmation email for the courier details and tracking link. If you have difficulty finding your tracking information, feel free to contact us at contact@wolflx.com. However, please be aware there may be delays during busy periods.


Nothing in this policy restricts us from working to resolve any issues to everyone’s satisfaction wherever possible.




PRIOR TO ORDERING


PLEASE NOTE: Before confirming your order, we strongly advise checking that all details are correct:


  • Once your order is confirmed, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you wish to change shipment address, sizing, or other details, please check if this option is available in your account.
  • We are not obligated to make such modifications, but we will do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis. The sooner you notify us, the better.





ONCE YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED


  • The risk of loss, damage to, or entitlement to the product passes to you once we deliver it to the carrier.
  • You are responsible for filing any claim with the carrier for a lost shipment if tracking shows it was delivered.
  • In such cases, WOLFLX will not issue a refund or resend the product at our expense.
  • PLEASE NOTE: For users in the European Economic Area, the risk of loss, damage, and entitlement transfers when you—or a third-party courier you’ve designated—physically receive the product.
  • If tracking shows that a product was lost in transit, you may submit a written claim for replacement in accordance with the WOLFLX Returns Policy.
  • Claims for lost items must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to investigation and at our sole discretion.





DELAYS TO SHIPPING TIMES


  • PLEASE NOTE: During extremely busy periods or exceptional and unforeseen circumstances (such as those experienced during COVID-19 restrictions), our fulfilment times may be extended.
  • Shipping and delivery times may also be significantly impacted during these times—delays which are unfortunately beyond our control.
  • Please monitor your tracking information (provided in your order confirmation email) for updates, as we cannot provide accurate delivery estimates once your order has left our fulfilment facility.
  • Rest assured, we are working closely with all partners to ensure the safety of everyone involved while continuing to support our online customers and deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible.
