Refund Policy


At WOLFLX, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality products and printing. Therefore, we are always happy to replace and/or refund any products that do not meet your full satisfaction, provided there are quality issues we should have foreseen and prevented before dispatching your order.


Any claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense and replaced free of charge (excluding any return postage costs, which remain your responsibility).


Nothing in the following policy limits our commitment to resolving any issues to the full satisfaction of all parties wherever possible.

 

QUALIFYING RETURNS


To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:


  • Refunds or replacement requests for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product.
  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
  • If you notice an issue with the product upon receipt, you must contact us via email or through our ‘Contact Us’ form before returning the item or submitting a claim.
  • The defective item must be returned to the address of the manufacturing and distribution facility from which it was shipped (this address is printed on the paperwork attached to the delivery). Once the returned item is received, you will receive an email confirmation.

 

WRONG ADDRESS


  • If the shipping address you provided is deemed insufficient by the courier and the package is undeliverable, it will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment cost once an updated address has been confirmed (if applicable).


UNCLAIMED ORDERS


  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment (if applicable).
  • If an unclaimed order is not retrieved or a suitable shipping address is not provided, you agree that the order may be donated to charity.

 

CUSTOMER ERROR


  • As all of our products are selected and printed individually through third-party manufacturers and printers, we are unable to refund orders placed in error—including issues related to design, colour, type, or size.
  • Size exchanges may be offered only in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, as they are at our expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
  • If you wish to change the size, colour, design, or product type, a new order will need to be placed at your expense.

 

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:


  1. The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

 

 

 

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
